Taco Bell E. coli Update

The New York Times reports that 35 people are ill with E. coli in New Jersey and Long Island.

At least five people are in the hospital, including two with hemolytic uremic syndrome, after eating at New Jersey-area Taco Bell restaurants. The E. coli outbreak has so far sickened at least 22 people, and has been traced to multiple Taco Bell locations.

Twenty of those infected, including two restaurant employees who tested positive for E. coli but did not get sick, ate at a Taco Bell in South Plainfield.

Authorities are trying to determine how and where the people with confirmed cases of E. coli became infected.

I recently in the past 2-3 days ate at a Taco Bell in Trenton, NJ. I am wondering if they have looked into testing other Taco Bells in NJ, and is there a list of "safe" Taco Bells.
IF anyone know. I'm a bit anxious and I'm not sure if I'm nauseous from being nervous or from the salmon I ate for lunch.

Health officials are pointing to green onions as the source of the outbreak. That means any Taco Bell that received green onions from the same shipment as those implicated in the outbreak could have received contaminated product. See your healthcare provider if you experience symptoms of E. coli infection.

Is anyone investigating the possibility of biosolids--a likely source of e coli---- being used on the produce?
