In a civil litigation class we reviewed the Zientek vs. Dole Food Company, Inc., et al. September 17, 2006 that your office filed in US District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin.
My class was studying causes of action and this case was well represented.
Can you tell us if this case has been settled or is it still in litigation? I could not find any specific reference to it on your web site. None of my classmates could find any information about a final deposition, in the normal legal research sources.
