Mystery E. coli Outbreak 1 – possibly linked to 2018 Yuma Romaine E. coli Outbreak.
As of October 28, 2020, a total of 21 people infected with the outbreak strain of E. coli O157:H7 have been reported from eight states.

As of February 25, 2020, 14 people infected with the outbreak strain of E. coli O103 have been reported from five states.
Since the initial investigation notice, 23 additional ill people have been reported. As of November 21, 2019, a total of 40 people infected with the outbreak strain of
CDC, public health and regulatory officials in several states, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency are investigating a multistate outbreak of E. coli O103 and E. coli O121 infections.
